We will accept the return of goods if there is a valid quality complaint. In this case we will either refund the amount spent or replace with the same goods.

 

Where we have sold a product by the metre we will not accept returns unless there is a valid quality complaint as the goods have been cut to size.

 

Where we have sold a readymade if you wish to return then the product must be in its original packaging and unopened. You will return the product at your own cost. We will refund the purchase and apply an administration fee of   £2.00
